Nextronex Inc. Selected to Provide Inverter for 9.74MW Solar Projects
Nextronex, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Indiana Municipal Power Agency (IMPA) has selected the Nextronex Ray-Max® Inverter system for various member's sites. The sites are two 2.41MW DC solar projects to be located in the cities of Crawfordsville and Peru, Indiana and four 1.23MW projects to be located in other Indiana cities throughout the IMPA system. -

SPI Announces Completion of Acquisition of Gonghe County Xinte Photovoltaic
Solar Power, Inc. today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements and closed the acquisition of Gonghe County Xinte Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. from TBEA Xinjiang Sunoasis Co., Ltd. Duke Energy Signs PPAs with Total 20MW Indiana PV Projects

Canadian Solar Completes Sale of 10MW SparkleLight Solar Power Plant to BluEarth
Canadian Solar Inc. today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Canadian Solar Solutions Inc., completed the sale of SparkleLight, a 10MW AC solar power plant to a subsidiary of BluEarth Renewables Inc. SparkleLight, located in Beavertown, Ontario, is the third of four planned solar power plants being acquired by BluEarth from Canadian Solar. The facility is valued at approximately C$66 million (USD$57 million) and uses Canadian Solar's CS6X-300/305P modules made in Canada.
