SunOyster Systems GmbH (SOS) develops and sells innovative solar technologies. The patented core innovation is solar systems that track the sun on two axes and therefore generate significantly more energy than permanently installed solar systems. They produce either electricity and heat or only electricity from the sun. SunOyster offers the installation of innovative lightweight PV modules for roofs with limited load-bearing capacity. The lightweight modules with a tempered glass front have almost the same efficiency as conventional high-performance modules. They are simply bonded directly to the roof and weigh only 4-6 kg/m². Various substrates are possible for gluing the lightweight modules (in particular sheet metal, bitumen with and without sand, PVC, Eternit).
