As the first subsidiary of Sunrev, Suntro has been engaged in the photovoltaic energy sector for more than a decade. Sunrev has established eight production bases in cities such as Yangzhou, Gaoyou, and Suqian since its establishment in 2008. So far, Sunrev has more than 10 subsidiaries, including Jingwang New Energy, Hongrun Optoelectronics, Zhonghuan Aineng (Gaoyou), Sunrev (Yangzhou), and Zhonghuan Semiconductor.

Specialized in R&D and production of monocrystalline silicon wafers, large monocrystalline silicon cells, and large high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, as well as the installation and operation of photovoltaic power plants, Sunrev achieved vertical integration in the photovoltaic energy industry in a full-coverage manner through a network of subsidiaries by the end of 2022. Up to now, the production capacity of monocrystalline silicon wafers, cells, and components of the group has reached 20GW, 16GW, and 6GW respectively, and invested in the construction of 15 photovoltaic power plants with a total installed capacity of 111MW. Monocrystalline Silicon Wafer

P-type
N-type

Sunrev offers mainstream P-type/ N-type monocrystalline silicon wafers ranging from 182mm to 230mm.

Since its establishment, the Wafer Business Division has put "innovation is the first driving force" as the most concern. With the R&D team's ongoing explorations for cutting-edge technologies, SUNREV has delivered industry-leading manufacturing processes and quality products and become a firm advocate and pioneer for producing larger and thinner wafers.

Monocrystalline Silicon Cells

P-type
N-type TOPCon

The installed capacity of P-type monocrystalline silicon cells is 16GW. The capacity of N-type cells will be increased by 10GW in 2023.

The production line can accommodate to 182mm and 210mm wafers, and 8 GW of P-type cell capacity can be upgraded to produce N-type cells. With lab test instruments and equipment worth more than USD 4.5 million, a high-quality innovative talent pool, and a photovoltaic cell R&D team of 52 persons, the company has built advanced facilities and platforms for photovoltaic product development and verification.

Thanks to the continuous efforts of our teams, the conversion efficiency of our mass-produced P-type cells reaches 23.3%, and that of trial-produced N-type TOPCon cells reaches 24.6%.
