The board of directors (the "Board") of China Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings Limited (the "Company") and its subsidiaries (the "Group") announces that as of 10 December 2014, the 30MW rooftop power station project (the "Project") of the Group in Hunan Province has been successfully disposed of at a total amount of RMB124,000,000.
The Project, distributed on the rooftops of 18 enterprises in Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, has been successfully connected to power grid by the end of October 2014 with support from the "2012 Golden Sun Demonstration Project".
