Powerway has participated in the construction of many overseas PV plants. To save on installation costs for local customers, Powerway has successfully developed a system of full pre-assembly of its brackets. By pre-assembling all products before dispatch, on-site installation time is reduced by 35% when compared to conventional installation.

Ms. Sherry Shi, Powerway's CMO, said, "Depending on the various terrain and construction conditions, mounting and installation costs account for about 15% of total EPC costs. For example in, New Jersey, the lowest salary is USD $73 per hour; in Canada, Cdn $50 per hour. As one of the earliest developers of pioneering overseas projects, and also as a Chinese supplier to the EPC supply chain, we are pleased that we can give our customers both optimal material and mounting costs. Of course, lower costs also benefit the plant contractor, a key part of Powerway’s marketing strategy. Because of our long construction experience, both at home and abroad, we are able to optimize the design to benefit the installer, and create the greatest value for our customers. "
