Shenzhen GSL Energy and REPT BATTERO signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of research and development, production and sales of energy storage batteries, and jointly create a new chapter in the lithium-ion energy storage industry.
GSL Energy is an energy storage battery manufacturer founded in 2011, with a strong R&D team and a number of core technologies, covering a wide range of products such as lithium iron phosphate cells, modules, battery management systems (BMS) and system integration.
REPT BATTERO is established in October 2017, which is the first enterprise in the new energy sector invested by Tsingshan Group, with multiple production bases and a total production capacity of more than 150GWh, and is one of the global lithium-ion battery manufacturers.
According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in the following areas:
1. R&D cooperation: the two sides will carry out joint R&D in the fields of lithium battery materials, process, design, etc., and jointly develop high-performance, high-safety and low-cost lithium battery products.
2. production cooperation: the two sides will carry out cooperation in production capacity, supply chain, etc., and jointly enhance the production efficiency and cost competitiveness of lithium battery.
3. sales cooperation: the two sides will cooperate in market development, customer service and other aspects, and jointly expand the market share of lithium battery.
